Job Descriptions:

Can-Aqua is looking for a creative, passionate and organized Content and Social Media Project Manager! Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of digital and other initiatives across all our Canadian entities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Director in developing the digital marketing strategy
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external content projects for Can-Aqua, as well as for our sister company Cardinal (GTA)
  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar
  • Write, create visuals and publish content all over our different channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Tailor messaging to different audiences (engineers, plumbing contractors, wholesalers, architects and designers)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, specifications, direction) to highlight projects, products and expertise
  • Showcare case studies, projects and events
  • Optimize the visibility and engagement of posts
  • Track performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and recommend optimizations
  • Contribute to the writing and creation of promotinal materials (brochures, one-pagers, etc)
  • Write and design the monthly (internal) and quarterly (external) newsletters
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on digital best practices
  • And most importantly: Help elevate Can-Aqua and Cardinal’s presence in the industry!

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and/or digital marketing
  • Strong proficiency in social media, particularly in B2B
  • Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills
  • Strong writing skills in both French and English
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic mindset
  • Bilingual in French and English (you will collaborate with our Quebec, Ontario and Midwest offices)
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Meticulous

  • Dynamic and team-oriented
